7.0הצוות במלון היה אדיב ולבבי, במיוחד מריוס בקבלה. וצוות שירות החדרים. אנחנו לא הזמנו ארוחת בוקר, בעיקר מפני שלא היו ירקות או מגוון של מזון. אבל הצוות נענה ברצון מדי בוקר להכין עבור אמא שלי ביצה לבקשתה. קפה היה זמין בחינם כל היום. המיקום של המלון פשוט מעולה. לידו בית קפה מצויין מרשת Pret סופר קרפור, חנויות בוטיק. מטרו שהביא אותנו ישירות לאייפל, תחנת הרכבת לדיסני ושדה התעופה מרחק קצר מהאופרה.
− המלון מיושן מאוד, קיבלנו חדר לשלושה שהיה מרווח, אולם במיקלחת כיור שבור. קצת איכזב. ממה שהבנתי המלון עובר שיפוץ. מיזוג האויר היה חלש מאוד.
