8.0La ubicación y que es amplio, había buenos detalles como café,detergente,aceite,etc
− Estaba un poco más viejo de lo que se ve en las fotos, muy caro y muy complicado el proceso de acceder al apartamento. Me mandaron los detalles para entrar muy tarde y era necesario usar una app.

6.0La situation géographique au cœur de Barcelone, très pratique pour se déplacer. Un parking couvert (payant) à deux pas de l'appartement.
− L'appartement est malheureusement bien abîmé. Il est conforme aux photos, mais le temps ne l'a pas épargné : parquet flottant gondolé, murs tachés, peinture écaillée, douche bouchée... C'est très dommage.
A fantastic location near Las Ramblas & lovely apartment. Had a great time & host is very helpful.

Great location
8.0The location is perfect for seeing everything, great walking distance and quick metro links. The apartment was very clean and didn't smell of smoke at all. Really recommend staying there.
− Some things were a little "tired' (dripping air con, bins where pedals didn't quite work) but definitely not a deal breaker. I would say one thing, the railing on the upper floor and stairs does not have glass (I incorrectly assumed it did from the photos) which made me very nervous with young children, so just be aware it is just a bar and a straight drop down.

8.0Localização excelente, ao lado do metrô e de lojas ótimas. Apartamento espaçoso e agradável. Cozinha equipada. Kit de boas vidas excelente. Roupas de cama e banho ótimas.
− A cama do quarto de casal não era muito confortável. O chuveiro do banheiro do quarto superior era pequeno, então acabei utilizando o do piso térreo.

8.0Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία και ξεχωριστό κτήριο!
− Το διαμέρισμα χρήζει κάποιας ανακαίνισης, το παρκέ έχει αρκετές φθορές σε σημείο που γίνεται επικίνδυνο. O βραστηρας του νερού είχε εσωτερικά σκουριά! Τα στρώματα λόγω χρήσης δεν είναι πλεον τόσο άνετα.
