9.0It was very close to Termini station, good access to buses, trains and metros as well as a lot of sights on foot. It was also clean, comfortable and fitted with aircon which was a very welcome relief from the July heat.

9.0The location is perfect, not far from Termini train station; cafes, supermarket, shops not far away from the hotel. It is good to explore everything nearby. The room is clean. The AC is working that it is necessary when it is hot (especially in summer).

It was a terrible experience
1.0None cause I didn’t access it
− No directions and it is so inconvenient, no one to direct, it is up stairs no lift you have to carry your luggage bad enough I spent more than hours at the front door no one to help the pass code was not working, the stair way is dark. I had to cancel and look for alternative.
