10.0The place was just apartment style and not a hotel. Much disappointed since Actual rooms were far below the picture shown in Hotels.com. Had a hard terrible time to get into the building; had to go to another street to gain entry; Marco was patient though in giving our requests for soap, more pollows, bed sheets, pillow cases; explaining how to use the elevator, keys to the rooms. We were expecting a hotel style and not apartment style and so will not stay here again nor in any ‘room’ type.
