8.0If your traveling on your own and on a budget its a great place to stay the room was clean and the hotel is 15 minutes walk away from minami senju train station and the bus stop is not far away 30 minutes walk to Asakusa. The showers could use a face lift but overall the kangaroo hotel was a good experience. Clean bed and very affordable.

8.0the price point for this hotel was great, you could walk to Senso-ji within 20 - 25 minutes, the room itself is simple but fine, has everything you need, the bed is ok for a few nights I wouldn't recommend for a longer stay. The bathrooms definitely need a proper clean or renovation, it is an odd setup with toilets on floor 1 and 2 and the showers only on the ground floor. All in all for a short stay it didn't matter to much, but this is a simple stay and you get what you pay for.

You get what you pay for
4.0The rooms are cramped. Feels like a prison cell by the 3rd night. Beds are very uncomfortable. Pillows are flat. But the hardest part was having to go up a floor to reach a toilet. Definitely not enjoyable in the middle of the night. Hotel staff was great. Location was excellent, near bus and train stops. Amazing price. But we struggled staying there for 5 nights.
