Bad attitude, nice acommodation though
8.0− At check-in, we were asked to pay a deposit for an extra room key, even though we clearly explained that the key would remain in the room so the electricity could stay on while we were out. Despite this explanation, the situation was handled in an uncomfortable and unwelcoming way. According to the Booking listing, luggage storage after check-out is available. On site, we were told we could leave our bags near the reception, but it was repeatedly emphasized that the staff was not responsible for them. When we showed the information from the Booking app, it was not checked, and the response felt dismissive. When we returned to collect our luggage, the bags were left unattended, and no attention was paid to us, meaning anyone could have taken them. We were willing to book an additional night due to our late flight, an option initially suggested by the receptionist, but the overall attitude during check-out made us decide to leave.
