− Balkonlu oda deniliyordu ama balkon pek oturulabilir durumda değildi. Ayrıca apartmanların arasında boşluk ve keyifsiz bir yere bakıyordu. Tuvalet kapağı sapsarıydı, iğrendim.

− Check in was not as expected. The receptionist answered with delays, nobody explained how to get into the building. I’ve asked the receptionist to meet us at the entrance but this request was ignored.

7.0Sehr gute Lage😊 Trevi Brunnen um die Ecke, Spanische Treppe schnell erreichbar. Zimmer im 4. Stock war sehr schön und gut eingerichtet und sauber. Viele kleine Restaurants in der Nähe.
− Wurde vor der Ankunft mit Emails überhäuft. Uns wurde ein pesonalbesetztes Check in versprochen, haben aber kein Personal angetroffen😖. Während des ganzen Aufenthaltes hat das Personal nur das Nötigste erledigt. Spät am Abend oder sehr früh am Morgen hingegen verrichteten sie ihre Arbeit sehr geräuschvoll!
