4.0The Hotel was located in a convenient spot near the Saint Angelo Castle of Rome. The staff was very polite, but they did not speak any English. Another usefull thing was that there was keyless entry in the hotel via password 24/7.
− For the price that we paid the room was very small. Also the water pressure on the sink and the shower did not fanction properly all the time. The elevator in the building did not work. The hotel room also had a problem with the air conditioning.
A disappointing stay in a room that did not match the description on Booking.
1.0− The property was misrepresented. We selected the “balcony” filter during our search, but the room we received did not have a private balcony. The only balcony was in the reception hallway, very small and practically useless, with a mesh screen and no view. From what we noticed, only some rooms had an integrated balcony. The bathroom needs renovation: the shower drain was clogged, and the water overflowed into the room. I had to unclog the drain myself. The city tax was requested in cash, but no receipt, invoice, or any other document was provided. On the day of check-out, the person who came to our door was very impolite. We left feedback with Booking, and the compensation was provided by Booking, not by the property. Overall, the room was not worth the price.
