Mr. Yannis was very helpful during our stay in Athens. Its our first visit in this place. He gave us a lot of tips and suggestions. Very knowledgeable and dedicated in his job. We enjoyed our stay in Plaka Apartment. Room is clean. Affordable and so close to shopping, restaurants and tourist spots are walkable. Highly recommended.

Excelente departamento, muy bien ubicado, el host muy pendiente de todo, incluso nos esperó para recibirnos a las 4 am, nos dio recomendaciones, nos consigió todo lo que necesitamos (traslados, restaursnts, lugar para las valijas). La unica salvedad es que el colchon del sofá cama es muy angosto para un adolescente inclusive, se podría mejorar. Resto perfecto.

The stay was fantastic primarily because Yanni took such good care of us. He was very responsive with communication and we greatly appreciated that he arranged our transports. The apartment is a nice size with comfortable beds and the location is fabulous! There is a market around the corner and great shopping and restaurants all close.

Lovely apartment in central location brilliant for families with welcoming host.

The location was perfect, central but not too noisy so great for families with great facilities. Easy to get to many good restaurants and the acropolis was within easy walking distance so spot on for us and our needs. Yannis was very helpful and responded quickly to our queries. He explained many things about the apartment but if something else cropped up he replied quickly to answer our queries. We advised he send an electronic guide to the apartment once you have arrived to supplement the info in the apartment, for example we got bitten by mosquitoes in the apartment but didn't realise plug in mossie killers were available in each room as we hadn't spotted them when unpacking. He also recommended a lovely rooftop restaurant for our daughters 17th Birthday evening whilst on holiday and she absolutely loved the food and view so thank you Yannis for your top recommendation.

− The mosquitoes but they had provided preventative measures in the apartment we just didn't realise that fact so got badly munched whilst there. There was a problem with check in as Yannis had got held up in traffic due to a parade across the town however he recommended a restaurant nearby for a meal but as it was he arrived not too long afterwards so we were able to wait in the lobby of the building without issue. Basically the issues were outside of Yannis's control but he did his best to assist and ensure our stay was relaxing and pleasant.
