8.0Die Lage ist perfekt, einerseits fußläufig zur Sagrada Familia und in die Altstadt, andererseits direkt an der U-Bahn und Buslinien. Direkt in der Umgebung gibt es Supermärkte und Lokale. Das Appartement Picasso ist groß und bietet alles, was man als Familie braucht. Die Klimaanlage ist ein großes Plus. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Alle Fenster zeigen zur Straße. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Das Personal in der ums Eck gelegenen Lobby ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
− Der Geschirrspüler war leider in einem völlig desolaten Zustand und nicht benutzbar (als Entschädigung bekamen wir eine kostenlose Taxifahrt zum Bahnhof). Die Fenster sind nicht isoliert, man hört den Lärm von der Straße.

10.0Ótimo apartamento! Boa localização, bem limpo, decoração de bom gosto, e respondem muito rápido as mensagens. Deixaram um kit de cortesia, com água, café, azeite, pastilha para a lava-louças e lava roupas!! Nos deixaram um vinho de cortesia, adoramos!!!
− O elevador não passa segurança! É bem antigo, aparentemente bem conservado, mas não deixa de dar um pouco de medo.
