Az érkezéskori kellemetlenséget leszámítva jól éreztük magunkat.

− A repülőgép érkezésének csúszása miatt a két órás előíráshoz képest 14 perccel később szóltunk, hogy a megbeszéltekhez képest később érkezünk és annak ellenére, hogy tőlünk független okból nem tudtunk hamarabb telefonálni (hiszen a gépen nem lehet) és minimális volt a határidő túllépése is, ragaszkodott a kulcs átadója a kötbér fizetéshez, melyről sem nyugtát, sem számlát nem adott.

9.01) Casa grande, eravamo in 5, 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni e una zona giorno davvero grande e confortevole. 3 divani di cui un divano letto. 2) La zona era perfetta per una visita turistica. A 10 min a piedi dalla maggior parte dei punti di interesse. Zona tranquilla e comoda a tutto. 3) La casa pulita. Un bagno nuovo, l'altro più datato ma dignitoso. 4) la cucina dispone di lavastoviglie. Utili istruzioni. 5) dispone di lavatrice e asciugatrice (non l'abbiamo usata perché siamo stati poco ma mi sembra un ottimo servizio Al netto delle osservazioni negative, che comunque pesano poco rispetto al punteggio, quasi perfetta!!!
− Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà nella fase di check-in. 1) Hanno voluto la caparra prima del soggiorno. 2) Ho dovuto firmare un contratto. Tutto prima di partire e da remoto. Con una serie di scocciature burocratiche che normalmente non mi sono mai state richieste. 3) Nonostante preavviso su orario di arrivo abbiamo atteso nel cuore della notte circa 1 ora fuori dalla porta che arrivasse qualcuno ad aprire la casa. Una volta arrivato a sua volta è stato un'altra mezz'ora al telefono per chiedere varie conferme. Ripeto dopo aver fatto tutto da remoto nei giorni precedenti. 4) Infine per ricevere indietro la caparra ho dovuto attendere più di una settimana. Francamente penso che tutto ciò si possa migliorare. Sui servizi: 5) cuscini scomodi 6) delusa perché in cucina spesso ho trovato un po di sale olio. Per 3 giorni non sto a comprare tutto. Mi auguro che servano per migliorare il servizio
