Eine wunderbare Gegend, sehr zentral, in der es noch Einheimische gibt- Ideale Nähe zur Biennale.
8.0Idealer Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch der Biennale - sowohl der Weg zu den Giardini als auch Arsenale. In der Via Garibaldi befinden sich viele Restaurants und Bars. Das Appartement ist ausreichend groß: Vorraum mit Sofa und TV, Wohnzimmer und Küche, Schlafzimmer und kleines Bad. In der Ausstattung gibt es nichts zu vermissen. Die Klimaanlage arbeitet gut und ist relativ leise. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert hervorragend und die Informationen des Gastgebers vorab sind freundlich, hilfreich und umfangreich. Sehr gute Erklärung des Weges zum Haus über einen Internet-Film. Sehr ruhige Lage.
− Das Appartement riecht etwas feucht und modrig. Es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist in der Küche und dem Bad eher dunkel. Die Einrichtung ist zwar vollständig, doch italienisch mit dem Charme des vergangenen Jahrhunderts. Der Blick aus dem Fenster des Bades geht in einen Abstellraum.

10.0The location was extremely handy -close to the Biennale und easy to reach the marco place (15 min walk). The venue was a hide away so it was absolutely quiet. A Supermarket was within 50 meter and a take out pizza (one of the best I ever had as well only 50 Meter away. The host was very responsive and provided a couple of tips regarding restaurant etc.
− There are only small repairs needed which did not at all limit the joy of staying in an old Venetien house.

9.0Appartamento non troppo grande ma dotato di tutti i comfort. Posizione meravigliosa per la Biennale in particolar modo, ma in generale è a 10/15 minuti a piedi dalle maggiori attrazioni e a 40/45 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Quartiere silenzioso e tranquillo. Proprietario disponibile.
− L'unica cosa migliorabile dell'appartamento è il bagno, piccolino e con la doccia da rivedere (niente di sostanzialmente negativo).

Fijne plek om terug te komen.
7.0Fabrizio is erg aardig en behulpzaam, de locatie is fijn en rustig. Van alles voorzien voor een kort verblijf.
− Eigenlijk niets; het eea is wat verouderd en heeft een upgrade nodig (douche) of kan net comfortabeler of gezelliger. Maar, alles is er, dus zeker niet te klagen!
