3.0L appartamento era situato in posizione buona , arredamento carino ma…. Un gran peccato …
− Sporco ovunque con sacchi di biancheria sporca vicino ai fornelli e lavandino sporchissimi , tovagliette usate e sporche ma lasciate sul tavolo , pavimento con ciuffi enormi di polvere ovunque , abbiam dovuto pulire i bagni per lo schifo , puzza di fogna ovunque e coperte nn pulite … peccato davvero perché l appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort … spero x il gestore Francesco di trovare una ditta delle pulizie seria perché dispiace davvero trovarsi in una situazione simile

2.0The room was spacious.
− The room was not clean. Towels provided were dirty and shower and sink had mold. There was no hot water & we ended up leaving the second night & paying for other accommodations due to this. The host never answered when reached out to about the hot water. I told him we’d left the room and wouldn’t be returning the next day and he simply responded with “🙏🏻.” He was very unprofessional throughout and just clearly copy and pasted automated messages when we reached out with specific questions. It is also not really advertised that there is a shared common space right outside shared by 6 total rooms. It was difficult to sleep the one night as other guests were loud. If we had known this was the set up to begin with, we wouldn’t have booked this space.
