Very spacious. Love that the property is on a quiet street but still very close to everything. The view of the canal is amazing and the apartment gets a lot of sunlight in the morning. About a 10min walk to the Alilaguna water bus that goes to the airport.

A Perfect Venetian Retreat in Venice’s Charming Cannaregio District

We had a fantastic stay in the Cannaregio district of Venice. The apartment overlooked Campo S. Marziale, and waking up each morning to that view was a real highlight. Perfectly located, it was close to all the sights, bars, restaurants, and everything Venice has to offer, yet just far enough away from the incredible hustle and bustle to feel peaceful and truly relaxing. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a home away from home. Comfortable, stylish, and in an ideal location, it was the perfect base for exploring this amazing city. Highly recommended, we would happily stay here again.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and tastefully decorated. It has been ingeniously converted with good-quality fixtures and fittings. The location is quiet but only about 50m from a picturesque little fondamenta with a wide choice of restaurants and an excellent gelateria. It is also only 7 mins walk to a vaporetto stop served by the no. 2, which stops at only a few places in its progress down the Grand Canal (something you appreciate when you've done it on the slower no. 1).

− I was fine in the main bedroom on my own, but as there is no storage space (or room to leave an opened suitcase) it would be inconvenient for two people who also had someone staying in the small bedroom (where there are drawers under the bed and a small wardrobe). So the place is fine for couples, but would be tricky with three adults.

− La ducha es pequeña y antigua. Pagamos a través del hospedador la tasa turística pero no nos explicaron que había que solicitar una excepción(por estar alojado en Venecia) a través de la página del ayuntamiento. Cuando llegamos en bus, cansados, al intentar entrar desde la plaza de Roma por el puente nos pararon y tardamos más de una hora en arreglarlo. Es verdad que escribí a mi anfitrión y contestó en seguida pero hubiera preferido unas instrucciones más claras.

Great location, bright & clean

The apartment was easy to find from Piazzale Roma, with clear instructions for check-in. It’s clean, bright, and offers lovely views of the canal. The location is fantastic and pretty quiet, yet just steps from shops, restaurants, bacari, and three supermarkets. Light switches for the stairs are conveniently located by the entrance and at the top, contrary to what a previous reviewer mentioned. We were able to walk to most attractions, and there are two vaporetto stops on the Canal Grande within 10 min walk. The beds were a little firm but comfortable. Overall, it’s a cozy and well-located apartment, we would happily stay here again.

− Nothing major, just a few things to flag: For families: the top bunk has no sides, unfortunately making it not safe to sleep for younger children. The kitchen lacked some equipment - no large bowls for salads, only a couple of teaspoons, and the kettle didn’t work (we boiled water in a saucepan). There was also a note that kitchen cleaning is not included in the cleaning fee. I totally agree the guests should wash their own dishes before check-out, but not to clean the rest of the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, the neighbour plays piano and sings until around 23:30. He plays well, but it might affect those who need complete silence or early sleep.
