押入れで寝てるみたいで落ち着きました。

Fun Concept, Close to subway

− When I arrived at approximately 11:30 p.m, the receptionist informed me that my reservation had not been paid. I offered to pay immediately through Booking.com. She refused and told me I had to pay directly at the property by credit card. After I asked for a contact email in case I experienced any unauthorised credit card charges, she changed her position and stated that the hotel accepted cash only. As I did not have cash, I explained that someone would need to bring it to me. I was then told that it was too late to check in and that I would have to find another hotel. This was extremely distressing, as I was travelling alone with my 6 years old daughter in a foreign country late at night. My train had been delayed, my phone battery had died, and I had difficulty finding the hotel without GPS. Even tho she knew i did not have battery, she insisted twice that i should have called them to let them know i would arrive after 11pm. I am confused by the contradictory information I received. If it was too late to check in, why was I first asked to show my booking confirmation and discuss payment? Why was I told I could pay by credit card before being told the hotel accepted cash only? Most importantly, why their website states that reception is available 24 hours for check in, and my booking confirmation states that Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay and cash are accepted payment methods. The inconsistent explanations provided throughout the interaction left me feeling that I was not treated fairly as an international guest. I refused to leave, and she finally agree for me to pay by 11am last the following day by cash. I agreed and make every effort to get the cash but i could not. Therefore i checked out knowing that Booking.com have my credit card details and can debit my card directly. If you ever find yourslef in the same situation, know that as a business offering only 1 type of payment is unlawful, and state that their policy is not cash only.

Great location, quiet and clean.

− Mattresses were quite thin!

Overall great location, great vibes, comfort 8 out of 10 but could use improvements.

How close it was to the concert venue zero. Was able to see my favorite dj then walk to my bed across the street.

− Mattress could have been a little thicker for comfort.

I liked the concept and layout. The breakfast and coffee was great, definitely recommend.

− Place seems abit tired could do with a freshen up. Bathrooms weren't very well kept, and paper towels were out of stock for the entire stay. Futon was dirty and well passed it's used by date could do with an upgrade
