10.0Had a really good stay here. The location is fantastic — very central and within easy walking distance to most of the popular areas in the city. Made it super convenient to get around and see everything without relying much on transport
Not a happy stay.
4.0Location is good
− The staircase leading to the upper floor is very narrow. We have to carry the suitcases up to the room on the second floor. The owner is very self-centered. We arrived 90mins earlier than the check in time which we had told the owner in advance. But she refuse to let us drop off the luggage even she didn't need to present and just give us the door code. She refused to pick up calls and just reply massages on whatsapp always late. We had to carry all the luggages to resturant, after lunch, we carried all lthe luggages came back to the property to check in again on time. But the owner wasn't there, we have to wait for her under the summer sunshine. She allows herself coming late, but doesn't allow guest check in earlier. When we were checking out, she requested guests to bring the trash bags, carrying all our luggages, went hundreds of meters to find a rubbish collection boat location where a forigner doesn't know.

10.0The apartment was very nice and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed. Very well located and the hosts were very sweet, polite and supportive. We loved our stay and were very relaxed after very tiring and hot days in Venice.
