10.0Tokyo standards. The apartment was surprisingly spacious and had two toilets, which was very convenient for our group. It was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. There was a washing machine, and each room had its own air conditioner. The apartment was well-maintained and made our stay in Tokyo very enjoyable.
− The apartment is a bit far from the nearest metro station. Also, our unit was on the second floor, and there is no elevator. Carrying large suitcases up the narrow staircase was quite difficult. In addition, travelers with heavy luggage should be aware that the nearest station is not fully luggage-friendly. Access to the airport train platform requires using stairs for part of the route, so lifting heavy suitcases can be challenging.
Great space for a family to enjoy their trip without getting on each other's nerves!
8.0It was a quiet residential neighborhood, but also walkable to stores like 7 Eleven.
− Because we walked all day, we wish we stayed a bit closer to the train station as we got quite tired. However, the walk was short enough to not warrant getting a taxi.
Fantastic apartment near skytree
9.0Spacious apartment for Tokyo within a ten minute walk of Tokyo skytree and Oshiage Eki -a huge shopping spot with lots of restaurants that are great for tourists. Futons are comfortable and everything is super clean. Great air conditioning (important for sleep!). The washing machine and shower work perfectly!
− In Japan the citizens are considerate of each other and quiet in their own homes so the sound proofing is not as essential....which is not the case for many foreigners who don't seem to understand that shouting and banging each object will be heard loud and clear in the adjoining apartment upstairs/downstairs to this. So if you are a light sleeper I would not recommend taking the chance unfortunately. Also be wary there is no light blocking in the living room space where the main sleeping area is (small bedroom is dark).
