La localització, molt cèntric i ben comunicat.

− En primer lloc, vam demanar poder fer el check-in entre les 9:00 i les 10:00 del matí, i el propietari ens ho va confirmar. No obstant això, quan vam arribar no responia les trucades, i finalment ens van informar que no podíem entrar fins a les 11:00, i únicament per deixar les motxilles, ja que suposadament encara havien de netejar l’apartament. Va ser una situació molt poc professional i que ens va fer perdre temps innecessàriament. Un cop a dins, la sensació va ser que la neteja no s’havia fet a fons. Vam trobar pols i brutícia sota el llit, i en general l’allotjament estava força deixat. A més, a l’anunci s’indicava que disposava d’aire condicionat, però en realitat era un aparell portàtil (tipus pingüí) que no era suficient per refredar tot l’apartament. El mànec de la dutxa estava trencat i el forn tampoc funcionava. En conjunt, l’allotjament no es corresponia amb les expectatives que generava l’anunci, especialment pel que fa a l’estat de manteniment i als serveis oferts. No el recomanaria. Com a punt positiu, cal destacar que la ubicació és molt bona, ja que l’allotjament està ben situat i permet arribar caminant a molts dels principals punts d’interès. Com a aspecte a millorar, el procés de pagament ens va semblar poc pràctic. Per poder pagar amb targeta vam haver d’anar fins a l’oficina del propietari, situada a uns 3-5 minuts caminant de l’apartament. Hauria estat molt més còmode poder fer el pagament directament a l’allotjament o tenir aquesta informació clara abans de l’arribada.

The place was nearby a lot of shops and restaurants and the boat stop wasn't too far. It was spacious and also helpful having a washing machine in the apartment for our clothes. Despite experiencing travel delays, the host was also incredibly helpful in getting us access into the apartment.

− For the European summer, especially staying in the midst of a heat wave, the air conditioning unit was just not enough for the space. It was also positioned in a place that didn't allow for the air to properly flow into the room (understandably to let the heat out - but still difficult). It would have also been nice to have laundry detergent provided for the washing machine unit.

The local is great, Maurizio was friendly and accommodating. Classic old building, close to the ferry stop, easy to get to, close to some of the main attractions.

− I accept that it is an old building, but the portable air conditioning unit, is it not good enough to keep the flat cool, even in early July & is too loud to sleep well. The shower handle needs replacing & the dish sponges need to be replaced more regularly.

Очень хорошее расположение, удобно добираться до основных достопримечательностей. Чисто и уютно, кровать комфортная, постельное бельё свежее. В наличии были все необходимые удобства: фен, посуда, сушилка для одежды и другие полезные мелочи для комфортного проживания.
