10.0It's my 4th time here. I love this unpretentious, friendly and incredibly clean little Guest house. I like the tiles on the wall in the rooms. It's so easy to keep it fresh and clean. There's a large chilled outdoor, covered sitting area, DSA, and cold beer for sale at a good price. They do breakfast too, sensible ones. You don't have to pay for the full works, as you do elsewhere. Excellent location. So close to Khao San road, but set back from it, so it's quiet. You can catch buses to all the transport hubs, including to the airports, just meters away. The rooms all seem to be different. The room I got this time was even better than the ones I've previously had, more practical. Private bathroom with a hot shower. Toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo and bottled water was supplied. The room also had a fridge. The aircon worked fine, and it was a ceiling fan too. The WiFi had improved since the last time I was here, with a separate access point downstairs.

10.0Nice little new hotel, in the city center, close to everything one needs. Friendly staff, clean rooms, AC working well (imprtant in summer in Almaty). Vlaue for money, overall.
− There were some issues with the cold water supply during my stay, hopefully they will be resolved soon. Also, there is a construction site right next to the hotel - ask for a room that is facing the other side.
