Appartement agréable à vivre, mais les conditions d'accès sont éprouvantes; technophobes s'abstenir!
8.0L'appartement est très agréable: spacieux, bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-cheveux, wifi, machine à café, TV avec chaînes espagnoles seulement, etc.) joliment décoré, climatisé, situé dans un quartier calme, un peu excentré, mais bien desservi par les transports en commun. L'ascenseur est un atout supplémentaire. L'hôte (auquel on accède uniquement via un chatbot) a été assez réactif lorsqu'il s'est agi de régler un petit souci technique.
− Le point noir de ce logement concerne les conditions d'accès, qui sont les pires que je n'ai jamais rencontrées via Booking. Après 2 heures d'échanges avec un chatbot, on parvient enfin à 1) verser la caution de 300 Euros et 2) obtenir les codes d'accès. C'est l'accès au bâtiment qui s'avère particulièrement ardu et cela pendant tout le séjour (sauf le moment où un gardien est présent dans le hall d'entrée). Par ailleurs, propreté correcte, sans plus. Aucun produit de base (café, thé, sel & poivre, huile, etc.) à disposition lors de l'arrivée. A ce niveau de prix et de prestations, c'est décevant.

8.0Tolle komfortable Wohnung in einem sehr schönen Viertel. Für uns die perfekte Lage, um mit den Kindern die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Auch das Treppenhaus war sehr gepflegt. Es war wunderbar ruhig im Haus und draußen gab es so viel tolle Gastronomie, dass wir gar nicht alles testen konnten.
− Das Doppelbett könnte etwas breiter sein und die Kissen etwas weicher. Als Deutsche sind wir es nicht gewohnt eine Bettdecke zu teilen. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit uneingeschränkt an Freunde und Familie empfehlen.
Great location but not a comfortable sleep
6.0The apartment was in a great location. Easy to walk to everything including the Metro.
− The beds were very uncomfortable and the sheets were dirty (stains and hair) on arrival. The apartment was lacking basic amenities like coffee, salt, etc that are typically included in any rental (we have rented many units in many cities over the years).

− Really didn't enjoy the entry process, I found it the least easy of any apartment I've stayed at before.
