Run down, moldy, terrible experience
2.0Worst experience with this hotel and hotels.com We could only check after 5, bec they were late, got there to check in, and the apartment was terrible, run down, damaged, bathroom still looked dirty and had mold everywher which is a health risk Upon Check in we decided we could not stay there, and decided to walk out, they could not offer us another room, they could not offer us a refund and stopped replying to our messages Hotels.com would not cancel the booking either, even with all the evidence given to them Mold should not be taken lightly it is a serious health risk
