The fab four brilliant stay.

Brilliant location. Close to shops and metro and tourist sites. The balcony was a great add on. Quiet street. Kitchen was well equipped and nice to have a washing machine. We didn't use the stove nor cooked but we enjoyed the open space of the place. Enough towels and great to see more than an adequate number of coathangers. Roger allowed us to leave the suitcases at the apartment before check in. Very kind. We liked the Vikey system. Good wifi connectivity. We were four adults and we would return.

− No hot water in the second bathroom. We expected two bathrooms which meant to us, each bathroom would have a shower while the second bathroom was only a basin and toilet. For four people this can cause some congestion in the mornings, so for a place for 6 people, this can be tricky. The towels were a bit tired (old). The second room misses a clothing cupboard. Perhaps a small one behind the door, with some shelves and hanging space. There was a rail only to hang clothed but this was not enough for a couple. Suggestions While we loved the apartment and had a great stay, we suggest, for increased space and movement in the kitchen, remove the kitchen door.. Removing the door also would avoid damage to the fridge door which we noticed when we arrived.

The location was great to reach all things Barcelona offers.

− I really hated the check-in with Vikey: it took me hours to do and to redo all the numbers of ID's, pictures with ID, pictures of ID etc - I don't know if I book again when I have to deal with Vikey again. The energy it took was too big regarding the need of the host. We were asked to keep silence at night, although we ourselves were kept awake by the water pipes and the laundry machines in the building ... at night. Street noise cannot be avoided of course in the centre of the city.

very nice neighborhood, safe and quieter part of town. lots of good panaderías close by with good coffee and yummy pastries to eat. also close grocery stores two within two blocks. metro station for line L2. station Encants is two blocks away. also about 10 to 15 min walk to La Sagrada Familia. Hosts were very friendly and easy to reach via phone (WhatsApp) from the airport to figure out how to get access to the apartment.

− just a minor recommendation. The washing machine cycles (pictographs) were hard to decipher. hopefully host can post more precise instructions in the future.
