5.0The lobby was luxurious and the doormen were very friendly. The restaurant view was stunning. Close to public transport. Very quiet, no children around.
− The cost of food was astronomical. We were double charged for a 3rd adult. 2nd charge hidden as a rollaway bed cost. It was eventually removed but they charged us our deposit and then charged the final costs separately instead of removing costs from the deposit, advising 14 days to correct the mistake. The pool closes early, the pool bar wasn’t available, getting service at the pool was delayed and difficult.

シェラトンというだけに期待しすぎた
5.0ブールやジムがあり、駅からも近く2泊したがタオルも新しい物に補充してくれていて、部屋の掃除もキレイに出来ていた。
− シャワーが固定式と手で持って使えるのとがあったが、固定式しか使えなかった。水廻りは古さを感じた。
去之前对比过价格，比希尔顿大概便宜15%，但是下次应该还会住位置更好一点的，比如希尔顿、君悦
