4.0風呂場にティッシュが置きっぱなしになっていた。冷蔵庫に前の宿泊者の食べ物飲み物が置きっぱなしになっていた。

10.0가족과 같이 이동 세탁 등 편의시설 좋아요 처음 찾아가는데 호텔이 아니라 주위에 아는 사람이 별로 없어서 주위를 맴돌았습니다. 한국어 안내가 전혀 안되어서 번역기 사용해야 합니다.
Disappointed and frustrated
2.0Booked this hotel and received email confirmation. When attempting to check in was told I didn’t have reservation and after being stranded on the streets of japan for over 2 hours finally found other accommodations. My card was charged however for my reservation and when attempting to call there was no answer or return call back concerning a refund. Currently disputing with my credit card for the amount charged.
