− Only one elevator was working and the staff told me I could bring my suitcases downstairs the night before since it’s only 1 elevator however, when I try they told me nope.

4.0THE LOCATION OF TEROOM WAS GOOD.
− THE FAUCET WAS LEAKING AT THE TOP. THE ELEVATOR WAS HAVING PERSON WAIT TOO LONG AND THEY SAID THE OTHER ONE WAS OUT OF ORDER WHICH I BELIEVE WAS A LIE BECAUSE THEY HAD A SIGN UP ENCOURAGING PEOPLE TO USE THE STAIRS AND BE AWARDED LATE CHECK OUT SAYING SAVING THE PLANET...THAT WAS NOT A GOOD THING BECAUSE OF PERSONS NEEDING TO TAKE LUGGAGE AND LIVING ON THE HIGH FLOORS. ALSO HOW IN THE WORLD WILL PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN THE LEGS GO UP AND DOWN STAIRS? I AM NOT LIVING THERE AGAIN.
