如果不在乎整潔跟環境大小，以地點來說是非常棒的！
5.0地點很好，離車站走路蠻近的 離donki跟便利商店也很近 房東處理速度快
− 棉被完全不敢用....已經過了一陣子現在回想起來還是感到害怕 第一天晚上蓋的時候隔天皮膚就紅腫 只好自己去買一條棉被洗過才蓋 照片跟現場畫面差蠻多的.... 房間已老舊....環境非常狹小，五個人住這空間真的蠻困難的

7.0The location is central and quite close to Ikebukuro station. It has two toilets, which is rare especially for this price point, so it was very good value for money.
− The house was a bit old and small, there were really only 3 single beds but all of them had single pull-out mattresses (so 6 single beds in total). There were tatami mats available too if needed.

7.0The location is excellent. Plenty of restaurants and shops and train station is close to the place.
− Place is a bit tight for a group of 9, but you will get used to it after a few days. Google maps somehow show a different location. The entrance is next to the vending machine on the street. Take me awhile to find it.
