الفندق جميل وكذلك الموظفين وموقعه قريب من المستشفى الأمريكي والاسواق والمطاعم العربية

A mistake & I won't repeat it. غلطه لن اكررها

لا أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق مطلقاً فهو لا يستحق التجربة، وأول وأهم سبب هو التعامل السيء جداً والكاذب من المدير المشرف (Jack) الذي ادّعى أن الفندق مكتمل العدد ليرفض طلبنا بتمديد الخروج لمدة ساعتين فقط بينما كانت الغرف متاحة للحجز عبر منصة بوكينج. ويرجى العلم بأننا رأينا صرصوراً في بوفيه الإفطار وهذا غير مقبول أبداً، ومستوى الإفطار كان سيئاً ولم يعجبنا. ورغم أن الغرف لا بأس بها، إلا أن الحمام كان سيئاً وقديماً. علماً بأن مسبح الفندق سيء للغاية، وأيضاً لا يوجد مدخل مناسب للفندق من الشارع حيث يتوجب صعود درج صعب ومجهد وغير مناسب بتاتاً لكبار السن وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel as it is completely not worth it, mainly due to the extremely bad and dishonest attitude of the supervisor (Jack), who claimed the hotel was fully booked to deny our request for a simple two-hour late check-out when rooms were clearly available on Booking.com. Please note that we saw a cockroach in the breakfast buffet, which is completely unacceptable, and the breakfast quality was bad and we did not like it. Although the rooms were decent enough, the bathroom was bad and old. Also, please note that the hotel's swimming pool was terrible, and there is no proper entrance to the hotel from the street, requiring you to climb a steep and difficult staircase that is totally unsuitable for the elderly and people with special needs.
