1.0− 5階を予約しました。荷物があるのに、また、階段も凄く幅が狭く、しかも、急で… それなのに、エレベーターがありませんでした。 倒れるかも思いました。 エレベーターが無いことなど、一言あっても良かったのではないかな？！と、思いました。

− Het matras van het bed was in kamer 501 onzettend dun. We zijn op het dekbed gaan slapen dat maakte de nachtrust iets beter. Dikte matras was 5cm dik direct op hout en al versleten. Vaak draaien in de nacht om pijnlijke heupen tergen te gaan. Kamer 301 had wel goede matrassen. Alleen 1 matras had beestjes in bed. Mijn dochter werd over haar hele been gebeten. Dit werd na melding wel goed schoongemaakt. Maar matras werd niet vervangen?

2.0− 部屋がカビ臭かった。 浴室のコンディショナーにシャンプーが入っていた。
The first time, checking in might be a little challenging. But from the second time would be smooth
8.0To check out I just had to put the key in the post box.
− There were two people there who I think or Chinese. The man who seemed to be in charge, didn't speak any English or Japanese and the woman who I communicated with could speak some Japanese. Interestingly, they both seem completely confused by my arrival. But after it got worked out, the woman was very friendly and took me to my room.
