9.0Alles.. prima verblijf. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Sleuteloverdracht simpel. Het enige is de douche.. kalkaanslag.. ziet er wat viezig uit. Aldi in de buurt voor het ontbijt en dagelijkse boodschapjes. Metro in de buurt. En lekkere restaurantjes. Pizzeria (lekker!) aan de overkant, en om de hoek zalig Paëlla gegeten.

9.0Die Lage war super, nur wenige Gehminuten zur Metro. Die Wohnung war sehr groß, sauber und absolut ausreichend für 5 Personen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern lief problemlos über Whatsapp.
Nice apartment in a good location but needs small improvements
8.0Nice apartment in a good location. The Tetuan metro station is close and it’s easy to walk to many attractions. Small cafes and grocery stores are also nearby. The apartment was clean and functioned well but the bunk bed in the childrens’ room was really squaky and bothered the kids. Also, there should be a curtain in the childrens’ room windows as the hall way light lit up the room. The other rooms were good and the bed in the master bedroom was comfy. Heating worked well.
