− Manque de matériel : serviette et papier hygiénique

7.0L’emplacement à proximité de la Plaza Mayor, le confort global, la propreté de l’appartement, l’accès facilité par les photos.
− Manque de patères dans la salle d’eau, manque d’un pichet ou bouteille pour l’eau, poubelle salle d’eau (ouverture au pied cassée) et climatisation défectueuse que nous n’avons pas pu utiliser. La plante morte pourrait être enlevée !!!! Attention dans le tuto d’accès, l’appartement est indiqué comme étant 1B alors que après le sas B, le code ne permettait d’ouvrir que la porte 2.

10.0Good apartment for a short stay in quiet Madrid area, well equipped, nice bus connection to all the touristic attractions.. Size should be fine for a family with kids not 4 adults.

− Très très mal dormi,mauvaise qualité de literie .ne parlons pas du canapé…. Wifi qui ne fonctionne jamais Appartement pas du tout comme sur les photos,appartement très sombre on se sent pas bien enfermés Pas du tout convivial Nous sommes très déçus du logement qui ne correspondait ni à la description I à nos attentes Le débit de la douche très très faible
très bel appart. mais accès à modifier pour plus de facilité & rideau occultant +couverts à ajouter
7.0- la gentillesse des hôtes et leur compréhension à m'expliquer comment accéder à l'appartement - la situation géographique du lieu - pas de vis à vis et relativement calme (sauf le samedi soir)
− - l'acces hyper compliqué à l'appartement - compte tenu de mes connaissances non élargies en informatique et bien sûr, rien n'est en français !!! il a fallu que j'utilise mon anglais et mon espagnol pour dialoguer avec les hôtes pour ouvrir les différentes portes et aussi pour obtenir le code de l'appartement ensuite : une vrai galère ! - il n'y a pas de rideau occultant dans la cuisinette, donc comme le salon donne dans la cuisine, impossible de s'endormir avant la nuit noire... c'est dérangeant
