It was a good stay overall.
8.0The location was fine, and it was close to the part of the city that you want to go to, especially if you have a car. The alley had a lot of construction going on, which made the commute with the car a little bit difficult, but the parking valet was very helpful. We stayed in the Junior Suite which was nice and large, and we asked for two additional single beds, which were provided for us for free because we had booked it for four people initially.
− The breakfast did not meet the expectations at all. Neither in veriety, nor freshness or quality. The towels are too worn out sometimes. The water in the shower would come out of shower if you let the water run for more than a few minutes, so we had to constantly open and close it in between.
I will not recommend to anyone to go to that hotel
1.0There’s nothing I like about the hotel
− $7700 were stolen from me at the hotel. Staff never help me track my money. I was charged extra $230 fee for no reason. I was charged $34 for using a soda in the refrigerator in my room and there is no sign or they never told me that the sodas were not free
