− Dated look. Rooms old fashioned with no views. Flower garden in backyard completely wasted for in-house residents. Shortage of staff in Restaraunt area

10.0Close to everything! Walking distance to buckingham palace, Westminster Abbey, London eye, taxi hub was right outside the door so in seconds you had a taxi that the hotel staff would flag down.

8.0Beautiful clean hotel with fantastic location close to Buckingham Palace. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Really enjoyed the spa pool.
