Proces zameldowania w apartamencie był koszmarem. Po przybyciu na miejsce okazało się, że należy udać się do biura które oddalone jest od apartamentu ok 20 min jazdy samochodem ( taxi). W biurze poinformowano nas o konieczności zapłacenia 300 euro kaucji-! - wcześniej nie było nigdzie takiej informacji. Ponadto pomimo iż rezerwacja została wcześniej opłacona i okazano dowód zapłaty, kazano zapłacić nam ponownie. Po godzinie wyjaśnień i ponownym zapłaceniu okazało się że doszło do pomyłki i rzeczywiście rezerwacja jest opłacona. Czas i nerwy jakie straciliśmy są nieocenione. Lokalizacja apartamentu byłaby bardzo dobra, gdyby nie to że po przybyciu należy jechać na drugi koniec miasta po odbiór kluczy. W apartamencie nieszczelne okna co powoduje że jest głośno.

Nunca nos llego el correo donde nos informaba que debiamos ir a otro lugar para hacer el chekin. Con gastos en taxi y telefono. No estaba limpia la habitacion cuando llegamos. Nos cambiaron a otra impecable. No pudimos entrar al regreso. Tuvimos que llamar por telefono

Habitación excelente, lo único que no me parece cómodo es tener que hacer check in en sus oficinas, a 15 minutos "en auto" de la habitación que reservé. No es nada cómodo especialmente cuando uno llega a la ciudad en la madrugada, y que quieran cobrar 60 euros por que su personal nos lleve las llaves. Todo lo demás, muy bien.

It took the reception almost 1,5 hours to check in 8 people. We couldn't do it beforehand because the system was down. When I called Happy people to confirm the check-in time, they couldn't find my booking. I booked the accommodation through Hotels.com, the person I spoke with was thinking I booked 2 accommodations one through Expedia and the second one through Airbnb. It was 8 of us, in the property, there weren't enough chairs for 8 people, not enough forks. The cleanliness was on a good standard. Reception desk, even though the admin stuff was messy, the people were helpful and could handle our frustration ;) overall it was good.

Even though the property is very aesthetically pleasing to the eye there are some quirky things about the place that make it different. There is a window in the main living area that opens and looks into the elevator shaft area. The bathroom is extremely small. Nowhere to put any toiletries on the sink or near the sink in the bathroom. The shower is tight. The bathroom floor was not very clean. You can hear the people above you very easily. Noisy and inconsiderate. Also they do not communicate at all with you . Impossible to get in touch with property manager. No clean towels once towels are used up. The location is near the train station. Just 6 minute walk. Near shopping at the arena . Some good restaurant. The room is just ok. Not

Helaas begin verkeerde appartement gekregen. Maar door de super service van hotels toch goed gekomen. Heerlijk genoten met het gezin in een mooi appartement!
