− Los cojines decorativos de las camas sucios, manchados, mal aspecto. Roperos dormitorio principal sin tiradores para abrir, sistema de empuje roto.

Good location, but poor hospitality, and the beds and basic services could be improved.

I liked the location. It was very central and close to Gran Vía and the metro.

− What I didn’t like were the beds, since the mattresses kept moving all the time. In the kitchen, when we arrived, we were told that we could find detergent for washing under the sink, but it was completely empty, and when I asked the host, he said I had to buy it myself. For the amount of money we paid, it would have cost nothing to provide detergent and keep the guests satisfied, especially considering that we were on vacation for only four nights and did not want to waste time going to the supermarket. I believe it was inconsiderate of the host not to provide something so basic. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room was a serious problem: one of my daughters slept there and, in the middle of the night, the legs collapsed, and she ended up on the floor, which was not only frightening but also dangerous, as she could have been injured. Finally, there was not enough toilet paper; for four women and a four-night stay, only one small roll was left in the apartment, and once again I had to go out and buy more myself.

Apartamento muy cómodo, estuvimos alojados 4 personas. Cuenta con dos camas twin y una matrimonial. Ambientes muy amplios. La ubicación es excelente
