7.0ROOM, LOCATION N BREAKFAST was OKAY. But did not feel like entering a hotel, felt like rather entering some shopping mall.

For the price charged it was not very good value. But the staff were excellent - friendly and efficient.

− A bit tired. Needs upgrading. Room amenities - bathroom, minibar - quite basic. No first class restaurant only Crossroads which could be better.

9.0I liked the location. It was easy to get into public transportation, Grab Car, food and shopping. Housekeeping made sure we had enough water and ice since the weather was too hot during our stay.
− The breakfast selection was good but not quite worth the price we paid for. The elevator seemed not enough for the guests. The wait is long since the one of the elevators is down due to maintenance.
