10.0המיקום 5 דק הליכה ממטרו למרכז העיר. הצוות היה מקסים, הייתה לנו סתימה במקלחת והתחילה הצפה והצוות ישר טיפל בבעיה ממש תוך כמה דק והעביר אותנו לחדר משודרג כפיצוי. הייתה חוויה מצויינת.

The hotel was unclean, poorly managed, and far from four-star quality, leading to my disappointment.
1.0I liked only the location.
− My experience at the hotel was disappointing. The property was not clean, particularly the rooms and bathrooms. When we turned off the air conditioning, a sewage smell permeated my room. Upon check-in, the staff was quick but not thorough; they hardly explained anything to me. Additionally, items in the refrigerator were not replaced unless I specifically asked. I also had to request replacement Kleenex. This hotel does not meet the standards of a four-star establishment. I would not choose to stay here again.
