10.0暖かみと適度なゆるさがある、素敵なゲストハウスでした。 他の宿泊者の方とオーナーさんと一緒にお茶をしたり、お酒を飲んだりしてあれこれ話すのがとても楽しかったです。 私が泊まったときは、無料でうまい棒やバナナ、リンゴが置いてあり、小腹が空いたときに助かりました。 外出していたので参加できませんでしたが、昼間にはライブもしていました。 宿も部屋もこじんまりとしていますが、手入れが行き届き清潔でした。 シャワールームは１つですが、宿の裏に深夜2時まで空いている銭湯があり、不便さはありませんでした。 コインランドリーも宿近くにあるようです。 スカイツリーや、昔ながらの飲食店、コンビニ等が徒歩圏内にありながら、周りは住宅も多く、夜は静かでした。 近所に美味しいパン屋さんがあり、そこで朝ごはんを買って食べました。 東京に行く際はまた泊まりたいと思います。

6.0個室に宿泊しました。 部屋が一階のトイレの横で、音が気になりました。夜中の1時過ぎにシャワーをしている人がいて、騒がしかったです。朝は共有スペースで咳を何度もしていて痰を出す音などが気になりました。 二階の大部屋の方が良かったのかもしれません。高い料金を払ったのに残念です。 場所はスカイツリーに近く銭湯もあり、よかったです。 荷物を預かってもらおうと思っていましたが事前予約が必要だったようで、10：00頃伺ったのですが不在で預けることができず残念でした。

10.0スカイツリーからすぐのところにあり、駅からもとても近く便利だと思いました。オーナーさんもフレンドリーな方でまた利用したいと思いました。
