10.0Stayed for 3 nights on a business trip in DIFC. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed with everything I needed. It was very convenient with easy access to DIFC and amenities close by. There were a few minor issues with some lights needing to be fixed and one double socket in the kitchen not working but this did not affect my stay and I hope to stay here again next time I am in Dubai.

8.0Super goede locatie.metro op 10 min lopen en 20 minuten lopen naar Burj Khalifa en Mall . Groot appartement met echt alles wat je nodig heb. Supermarkt 5 minuten in hetzelfde gebouw.1 Zwembad dicht ander open. Op en top goeie locatie om Dubai te verkennen.

10.0Wonderful views of city from property. Staff all easy to commumicate with. Grocery store nearby for all food requirements. Walkable area to Downtown & Dunai Mall. Property stocked with all amenities needed. Would definitely recommend!

2.0There is a constant sewers smell The toilets leak And the management are unprofessional The service people come without a uniform and thwy are not punctual. It is a bare lease apartment and not serviced
