A highlight of of trip through Portugal and Spain
10.0Our room was outstanding. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Staff was knowledgeable about my gluten allergy and provided gluten free bread and muffins. Great location and helpful staff.
Bad start to holiday glad to get home
1.0Cooked breakfast was cold and bacon hardly cooked at all.
− Private information hacked on hotels website leaving me vulnerable to scammers on 8 occasions. No response from hotel implies that they did not really care and even worse no indication that the problem has been resolved.
Confortable, elegant, pleasant stay...just top
8.0We had a very nice roof terrace bar with quality drinks. The Cava was excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel is very nicely decorated
− The ice basket leeked and after 15 minutes we had water everywhere. It would be good if at the reception they had informed me about the facilities of the hotel or about the beach close by. I admit though the weather being bad.
