9.0The room was immaculate and very spacious, with lots of window so was very bright and airy. The reception staff were extremely helpful and courteous and location was perfect for a walk through Covent Garden and then down to Somerset house to visit Art Galleries.
− We had selected the inclusive breakfast option as previously this had been fabulous at other Radisson hotels (Berlin) Unfortunately we arrived downstairs at 10:45 (on a Sunday) and the seating area and menu choice was very limited with staff more interested in clearing up and hoovering around us in an attempt to open the prestigious lunch time venue at 12:30. We would definitely return though just not select the inclusive breakfast option!

− The air con could have been slightly cooler, the lowest it went to was 19 but for most of the year that wouldn't be an option.
