6.0− Me dejé olvidado un cargador de móvil y cuando fui a que me dijeran si lo tenían guardado me informaron que tendría que haber avisado antes. Se supone que quien lo encuentre en la habitación debería entregarlo para poder retirarlo en recepción, pero no funciona así la cosa. El valor es ridículo, pero el servicio no está acorde con el establecimiento.

− Didn’t like that i did the online check in, yet still the check in took very long. There should be more staff in the front desk when it’s 15, the hour when check in starts.
