− Air conditioning wasn’t working for 1 day/night … no compensation offered which was disappointing :(
Short, comfortable stay. Could do with some modernization.

− The noise levels in the room were so high that we didn’t sleep for our whole stay. The service lifts were out of order so they used the 2 passenger lifts for food and water and they smelled very bad after waiting for ages to get them….
