9.0Bedroom and bathroom were large - we had a three bed rooms. Comfy chairs in bedroom, two sinks, large bath and raindrop shower in bathroom. Spacious. Location of hotel was very good. A short walk to the place de la Concorde. Hotel and room Very clean. Staff all polite and attentive. Breakfast was buffet style with choice of full English, hams/cheeses/fresh bread, loads of fresh fruit, juicer and smoothy machine, pancakes, pastries etc.
− Bin wagon/men empty bins early in the morning, can hear them with windows closed.

5.0Location was great. Breakfast was good.
− The hotel was not very clean, and some areas are already in need of renovation. The staff were friendly, but unfortunately they seemed completely unprepared to deal with problems related to the rooms. We stayed in Paris for two nights, and they still couldn't fix the refrigerator in our room, even though we went to reception three times about the issue. I wonder if it still doesn't work?
