9.0The hotel is lovely, the staff are very friendly, the food is good, and the rooms, although small, are nicely designed and comfortable. A special thank you to Osvaldo at reception, who went above and beyond to help us with a crib for our baby. We had forgotten to request one in advance and were initially told there was no crib available that evening. Osvaldo personally learned how to set it up and came to our room to do it for us. His kindness and initiative were truly appreciated!
