6.0The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, and the hotel has such a peaceful, calming atmosphere. I especially loved how much Thai culture is represented throughout the property — it felt authentic and thoughtfully incorporated. I even picked up a few Thai phrases from the lovely staff! There’s also a shopping plaza directly opposite the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and most were delicious. Overall, the hotel is large, beautiful, and well maintained. There’s an hourly boat shuttle to the Icon Siam which is great!
− The room furnishings feel a little dated and could benefit from a more modern refresh. The hotel is also somewhat far from the main city-centre areas, so getting around can be a bit challenging, especially with Bangkok’s heavy traffic.
