− For 3 days only 1 lift was working. Too long to wait Same for check in only 2 person for huge line There was no basic amenities in room ( like kettle , microwave, fridge And water bottles) Breakfast was not included like other hotels has this facility .. Also for luggage drop had to wait 40 min in line. Only 1 person was working.

9.0Hotel muy bien situado , muy limpio y cómodo. Camas muy cómodas. Mención especial a todo el personal que es excepcional sobretodo el personal que atiende siempre con una sonrisa en el desayuno.

7.0− Der Abholservice hat nicht funktioniert. Es war niemand am Flughafen da und wir mussten für 75 Dollar mit dem Bus fahren. Abholservice war bei der Reservierung inklusive.

− We stayed for a week 3 days first and then extended for 4 days and we told staff several times for housekeeping/ room service and it did not come despite many calls and even tried to ask the front desk but they kept deferring us to call the housekeeping line which said they’ll send someone shortly and never came! Totally affected our comfort and was very frustrating. Not good for a hotel in times square
