2.0Staff were very nice
− Air conditioner leaking water Whole hotel smells like mildew Shower curtain rod falling off wall. Unable to see out the peep hole No microwave No hair dryer Never recieved extra towel and wash clothes we were promised Air conditioning sounds like it's pouring raining outside Airport shuttle not running and had to pay for a lyft.
Disappointed and annoyed. DO NOT STAY HERE
1.0Nothing Towels had hair on them. When asked for replacement towels, they had none.
− Everything. Bed is uncomfortable. Hygiene is not proper.
the staff was wonderful and they let me check in as soon as a room was ready.
9.0breakfast was amazing. shuttle service was exactly what i needed. and the bed was very comfortable
− being as the landing strip for the airport was right there it did sound like the planes were landing on the building the first night I stayed there was very loud with the planes as I was on the top floor. the second time I stayed I was on the second floor which helped buffer some of the sound

3.0I was given a room with an AC not working.
− The room had BAD AC.
The staff made the stay pleasant. The facility needs a serious renovation
4.0Staff was accommodating
− Maintenance of the property is overdue. Not even the billboard sign works trying to find the hotel in an obscure location
