Excellent hotel in Madrid
10.0We had the most amazing stay at this lovely hotel. Excellent staff who were friendly and helpful. Room was large, beds comfortable, large bathroom and shower and very clean. The hotel was also in a good location and within walking distance to a lot of the landmarks. A lovely addition too was that it was my birthday whilst I was in Madrid and the hotel and team gifted me a most delicious desert which included fruit, chocolates and cheesecake...such a lovely surprise and very thoughtful of them.

Had a good stay with just a few details that could be improved
7.0The breakfast was fab, v fresh and lots of choice, the staff were also very friendly, and the room was comfortable. The terrace was beautiful.
− The restaurant recommend to us by reception was not very nice. The QR code that was supposed to used to order room service and for other facilities did not work. There was no coffee facilities in the room which I would expect to have even in a standard room.
