2.0I purchased a deluxe apartment but on arrival I was given an economy room and was told by the property that al the rooms are the same price and that Expedia are selling apartments economy, deluxe etc without their knowledge. The bathroom was smelling of urine she I had to clean it before using. No utensils and missing plates and essential cutlery. Had to ask for a toaster and extra plates- received it after asking more than once. Shower water pressure was very low and trickling and the drain was blocked- meaning you were standing in a puddle of dirty water. Reception was notified but no outcome. Spoke to Expedia since the start of the holiday about the rooms and requested a refund in the difference in price. Still nothing and it hasn’t been sorted.

10.0Spacious and comfortable rooms. Customer service is great. Only thing is that the area is a little remote. There is no tar road, just a gravel road. I would recommend the place to others based on the large apartment, comfortable beds, big screen android TV and great customer service.
