2.0Searched and booked a room for 4 ppl. Got confirmation for 1 but small print said toom was up to 4 ppl. Only realised on the day and not even the hotel itself could tell me what I had booked. They first said it was for 1, then confirmed it was for 4, then 1 again, then 2. Did not want to fix their mistake and Hotels.com sided with them. IF THE ROOM WAS BOOKED FOR 1X PERSON, WHY WAS THE FINAL ANSWER 2X PPL? Also, don't be fooled by the lovely stylish pictures. Room looks like a cheap hotel and the fan had so kuch dust I didn’t want to turn it on!
